World Market Trends At 6 A.M. ET

Here is a snapshot of the global markets across stocks, currencies, bonds, commodities and cryptocurrencies.

Waning war fears and reports of troop withdrawal lifted sentiment across markets. However, despair did not give way entirely to euphoria as fears of a fierce inflation combat by the Fed lingered ahead of the release of FOMC minutes. The surge in the factory-gate inflation too kept risk taking in check. Asian stocks finished in deep positive territory. European stocks are trading mixed. American stock futures point to losses on opening. Dollar Index retreated. Bond yields cooled off. Crude prices rose as supply concerns overshadowed the de-escalation of tensions in Ukraine. Gold edged up. Cryptocurrencies rose marginally.
