CNH Chair Marchionne leaves for health reasons

CNH Industrial NV CNHI, -0.87% said Saturday that Suzanne Heywood will become the company’s new chairman, as former Chairman Sergio Marchionne won’t be able to return to work.

Mr. Marchionne led CNH’s parent company Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (FCA.MI) for nearly a decade and was set to retire soon due to ill health.

Ms. Heywood became a managing director of Exor NV EXO which holds stakes in Fiat, Ferrari and CNH, in 2016. She was previously a senior partner at McKinsey & Company.
