President Joe Biden has a 47% public approval rating, according to the latest CNBC All-America Economic Survey.<\/li>\n
He has a disapproval rating of 41%, getting him above water in the public\u2019s view. Former President Donald Trump achieved that just once while in office.<\/li>\n
Respondents especially favored Biden\u2019s response to Covid-19 and the economy, but felt less enthusiastic about his immigration position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Joe Biden begins his presidency having achieved out of the gate what his predecessor could only do once during his four years: a positive approval rating.<\/p>\n
The CNBC All-America Economic Survey finds that 47% of the public approves of Biden's handling of the presidency, with 41% disapproving. A substantial 12% say they are not sure.<\/p>\n
Former President Donald Trump managed to get above the breakeven level just once in the survey, in March 2020.<\/p>\n
