Asa Hutchinson declared Saturday that former President Donald Trump is not &#8220;the one&#8221; to represent the party going into the 2024 presidential election.<\/p>\n<p>Hutchinson, chairman of the National Governors Association (NGA), told Business Insider on the sidelines of the NGA Winter Meeting in Washington, D.C., that he doesn\u2019t believe Trump deserves a second shot at running the country.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/a57.foxnews.com\/static.foxnews.com\/foxnews.com\/content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/640\/320\/GettyImages-1361351515.jpg?ve=1&amp;tl=1\"><\/p>\n<p>\n      President Joe Biden listens as Gov. And if it requires pardons, we will give them pardons, because they are being treated so unfairly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Texas&#8217; Gov. Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, Lt. Gov.
