Loyal customers Peter Mitchell and his wife had three of their planned Cunard cruises, that they had booked through an agent, cancelled because of Covid and moved their bookings on to new holidays. 

When these were pulled they opted for a refund, to be provided directly by Cunard, but the process wasn’t as plain sailing as they had hoped.

“We did it the form but then found out we should have made two claims not one,” says Peter.

“One cheque came through in a couple of days but were still waiting for the second credit that had been paid in two instalments. Payments are being returned to bank cards I don’t use and will involve a transfer so getting a cheque would be much more convenient.”

After we explained the problem to Cunard it was anchors away immediately, the Mitchells have their cheque and are still on board for future trips.
