EU farce: Now France recommends AstraZeneca for ONLY over-55s – despite previous OAP ban

France’s medical regulator approved the resumed use of AstraZeneca’s Covid-19 vaccine today after its use was temporarily suspended following concerns over reports of blood clotting earlier this week.

However, they said the jab should only be given to people aged 55 and older after signs that the blood-clotting affected younger people mostly.

The latest move comes despite the EU’s drug watchdog, the European Medicines Agency, yesterday saying the vaccine was safe and should continue to be used.
