Caller Mark rang into TalkRADIO and could be heard fighting back tears as he shared his deep concerns over lockdown and the potential extension of it. The caller mentioned his children were constantly asking him when coronavirus would all be over as he told radio host Mark Dolan he feels he has “no voice”. The caller was praised by listeners who said Mark spoke for them and their concerns over lockdown too.

Caller Mark poured his heart out to Mr Dolan on TalkRADIO as he shared his lockdown distress amid fears of an extension to the June 21 unlocking.

He told the show: “I feel quite emotional, I feel frustrated, I feel like I have no voice.

“I feel like the Government is taking away our powers and liberties.

“You know, as a parent and as a husband, I’ve got children of five and my daughters have just had two years of learning destroyed.

“My son who’s ten just tells me ‘when is Covid stuff going away’ and when he can meet with his friends again.”

Mark could be heard struggling to get his words out as he spoke on air.

He continued: “I’m very fortunate, I’m a wealthy person, I’ve not been impacted financially by this pandemic and I’ve got a good business.

“I hate wearing masks,  I want to go out and enjoy time with my friends without having to worry about or talking about stupid Covid.
